1. Coated Glass

The magnetic vacuum sputtering coating line and the concerned technology are introduced from AIRCO COATING TECHNOLOGY U.S.A. with a design capacity of annual output 1000 thousand square meters. The maximum size available is 2540*3660mm with a substance range from 3mm to 12mm, color varies blue, green, bronze, silver and gold. The product is “ Jiangsu Provincial High & New Technical Product”, and was recommended to nationwide market as excellent product by CHINA DECORATION ASSOCIATION from 1998 to 2001. The developed products by the company ---- toughened and heat bent reflective glass fill the domestic market blank, and are honored as “ Jiangsu Provincial Scientific & Technical Advancement Award”, and sequentially during 2000-2001 the products were approved into Nation Torch Projects by National S & T Ministry.

2. Horizontal tempered/heat strengthened glass

Four tempering lines are introduced from TAMGLASS, FINLAND and Edmund, Germany, which adopts the patented heat balance system, has superiority in strength, heat impact, safe stability. They are designed to output 2 million square meters annually. The assorted equips concerned such as automatic shape cutters, horizontal double edging machines and glass washing machines etc are introduced from BOTTERO, CRIUZ in Italy and BANDO in Japan. The products cover not only architectural toughened glass from 3.8mm to 19mm, but also 3mm instant plastic injection thin glass for special applications on refrigerator and microwave oven. These products are exported to Japan, South Korea and south - east Asia, etc.

3. INSULATED GLASS

The lines are introduced from FOR-EL, Italy and LISEC，Austria. The insulated glass is double sealed, while the aluminum profiles and the first sealing adopts imported materials. During the whole process, glass is automatic coupled and reverse osmotic water washed which guarantees good air-retention and reliable quality. The maximum size available is 2500*3000mm, the minimum size 180*320mm, thickness from 12 to 15mm.
